What you need
- 1 kiwi,
- 1 banana,
- 1 cup greek yogurt,
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds (un-soaked or soaked both work well)
- Add a kiwi to your blender
- And one banana
- Add one cup of delicious greek yogurt
- Give it a good whir in your blender
- Top it off with one tablespoon of soaked chia seeds (or one teaspoon of unsoaked chia seeds) and enjoy!
